Three To Thrive By

June 21, 2016

The average person will survive for three minutes without air, three days without water and three weeks without food.

Some people will argue semantics and say that surviving is living, ’cause you aren’t dead yet, so let’s replace the “living” with “thriving” and note that:

  1. Intentionally drawing in and deeply exhaling 3 deep breaths of fresh, clean air every 30 minutes supports thriving.
Does your environment support your doing that?
  2. Drinking 2 to 3 liters of clean, pure water each day supports thriving.
How much have you had today?
  3. Eating 3 meals consisting primarily of alkalinizing raw fruits and vegetables each day supports thriving.
What did you have to eat today?

As Dr. M. Ted Morter noted, “Your Health–Your Choice.”

Are you choosing thriving, or surviving?
