Hot and Wet
I don’t know what it is like where you are today, temperature wise.
Here, it is over 100 degrees F (38 C).
Staying hydrated at such high temperatures is critical to remaining healthy.
If you are in a hot climate, add another 16 oz. of water to your intake.
Adding a few drops of lemon or cucumber juice to your water will help prevent electrolyte dilution/depletion.
AND REMEMBER YOUR PETS!!!!! They need water as much as you do.
