There have been more than two dozen of these articles published now. Let’s
sum it up and see how you are doing . . .
• Perfect health is attainable. It is up to you to choose health and take the
appropriate actions. Have you made a commitment to perfect health yet? Are you
staying on track with the needed lifestyle adjustments?
• pH balance is critical to health. We must be at least 80% alkaline and 20%
or less acid in order to have perfect health. Are you eating 80% alkalinizing
foods (vegetables and fruits) and 20% or less acidifying foods (meats, dairy,
grains, seeds, nuts, legumes)? (A free
Alkaline-Acid
Food Chart is available for download.)
• Stress also produces acidity. Are you taking measures to limit your
emotional stress and recover quickly and healthfully from physical stress?
• Every body is unique and has its own needs. Have you learned a method of
testing yourself, such as muscle testing, so that you can determine what is good
for you and what is not?
• Most people are laden with poisonous substances and putrid feces. Have you
taken steps to clean your intestines and detoxify your cells?
• We are no longer able to rely on foods to provide us with our nutritional
needs. Are you supplementing your diet with chelated minerals and vitamins that
your body was deficient in? Are you being certain to not over-dose on the
nutrients that you are abundant in?
• Worry usually causes us more harm than the things we worried about. Are you
remembering to “not sweat the small stuff?” Can you accept that if a person is
pure of heart “ ultimately, nothing matters?”
• Did you get the flu this year? Did you get a flue shot? I noticed that very
few people who came in complained about the flu this year. Hmmm… I wonder if
there might be a connection?
• Have you switched to drinking clean water and real juices? Or, do you
devastate your body with coffee*, pop or milk – especially pasteurized,
homogenized milk?
• Are you getting enough good, healthy fat in your diet? Is it animal fat,
olive oil or coconut oil rather than toxic, blood-clumping Canola (rapeseed)
oil? Do you eat good, healthy butter rather than hydrogenated margarine?
• Are you being aware that all power lines and electronic devices produce
electro- magnetic fields (EMFs) that disturb the natural EMF of your body? Do
you protect yourself from these when possible and re-polarize yourself
frequently?
• Are you keeping your thoughts positive and constructive?
• Are you releasing excess baggage through forgiveness and energizing
yourself and your environment with love? (If you need a refresher in any of
these areas, historical articles are posted
here.)
Do you really want perfect health? Do your actions bear that out? Consider
this little poem by Jessie Belle Rittenhouse:
“ I bargained with Life for a penny,
And Life would pay no more,
However I begged at evening
When I counted my scanty store;
For Life is a just employer,
He gives you what you ask,
But once you have set the wages,
Why, you must bear the task.
I worked for a menial’s hire,
Only to learn, dismayed,
That any wage I had asked of Life,
Life would have willingly paid.”
Make your bargain with life for Perfect Health, then “bear the tasks:”
Learn…
Test…
Be…
Do…
Have!
*UPDATE NOTE:
30 years after Dr. Golob
convinced me to stop drinking coffee, he alerted me to a recent
technological advancement that infuses
ganoderma lucidum (a.k.a. Reishi, Lingzhi, "the King of
Herbs") with high-quality coffees, teas and cocoa. This not
only seems to neutralize the negative effects of coffee, the
daily intake of ganoderma seems to be responsible for some
remarkable healing experiencees, weight loss and sustained
energy enhancements. If you choose to drink coffee, the
Organo Gold
products are likely your best choice.
