No Nukes–Especially in your kitchen
Shortly after investing many hundreds of dollars in a top-of-the-line microwave oven Anni and I learned the ugly and sinister truth about them. Studies have shown that microwave-heated foods lose up to 97% of their nutrition and antioxidants. That is like buying a 2-pound tub of organic spinach, eating just one leaf, then dumping the rest.
Additional studies show that even the best microwave ovens leak radiation that is damaging people, especially their eyes and their heart.
And, if that wasn’t bad enough, it also causes molecular transfers which moves toxic chemicals from the container into the food.
Fortunately, ours is also a convection oven, so we didn’t have to toss it. We NEVER use the MW function now that we know better!
