Imagine waking up each morning
after a blissfully restful night of sleep. As your eyes easily open,
you recall some of the playful, vividly colorful dreams you enjoyed
through the night. As you stretch, you automatically scan your
body's functions. Everything feels great! You roll out of bed, eager
to begin another rewarding day ...
Does this describe you? It certainly
does not if you are experiencing a herpes outbreak. Far from
it! Right?
But, it could describe
you. Would you like to learn how? For free, as a gift
to you?
My motivation to become an expert on
herpes came from the intense,
continuous pain I felt during outbreaks. If you have experienced herpes, you
know exactly what I am talking about. The old joke was, if you took treatment, the
sores would go away in fourteen days---if not, it would take two weeks.
I doubt
that anyone who was suffering from an outbreak ever laughed at that joke.
Fortunately, thanks to the research and development of Carrington Laboratories,
twelve to thirteen days have
been whacked off of that recovery time for most people who use their
"OraPatch™" product. Two days of herpes is definitely better than
fourteen, but it is still unacceptable in my book.
The Solution.
This article is not about treatment. It is about
eliminating the outbreaks
altogether. Okay, if you are currently in need of rescue, I recommend that
you get some Aloe vera inner leaf gel (or
BiAloe®
powder) to help get you through your outbreak more
comfortably. I personally use the back of a chopstick to
apply powder to spots in my throat. Moisten it very slightly,
dip it in dry powder, then apply to the sore.
NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT TO "DIAGNOSE,
PREVENT, TREAT OR CURE" HERPES! Aloe inner leaf gel
has been known to soothe skin for 6,000 years, and any skin with
a herpes outbreak can definitely use some "soothing"!
Even though you may begin to feel much
better, immediately
begin to adjust your lifestyle so that you stop having
outbreaks altogether. I have not had an outbreak since 1998. Before that, I would
have outbreaks from 5 to 10 times each year. Sometimes I would have
so many sores on my throat that I couldn't even count them all.
Thank God those days are gone!!!
What I am sharing with you is apparently not a "cure"
for the herpes virus. Researchers claim that most people have the virus, and
that it will be with us to the grave. I have no
evidence to dispute that, and it really doesn't concern me anyway. This is about creating an environment in your body
that is so healthy and relaxed that the virus simply cannot thrive. It is like
humans on the North Pole. We could survive there, at least for a short
while, but we could never thrive there. So long as the resident
herpes virus
remains dormant, who cares if it is still "there" somewhere.
Two Caveats:
- Please understand in advance that the process of creating a body that is so healthy
that disease cannot thrive in it will likely go against many things
you have learned to be comfortable with. For most of us, having grown up on the
Standard American Diet (SAD), it isn't particularly easy. It is
simple,
but it is not easy. It requires that you release some old beliefs
and habits, then replace them with new ones. It requires that you stop
inundating your body with toxins; that you
change
your mind about smoking, if you are a smoker; that you adjust your diet to
add more
alkalinizing foods and avoid certain
food
combinations; that you learn about the detrimental effects
of many popular beverages; and about how you
respond to potentially stressful situations.
- Also please understand that you may seem to get worse before you get better.
If you have ever experienced the process of detoxification, you
already know this, but it is good to be reminded. You
may have already noticed that the outbreaks occur when you undergo some form of
internal cleansing and/or emotional stress. The release of toxins from cells and stored fat seems to throw cellular metabolism out of whack, thereby creating an
environment in which the herpes virus can temporarily thrive.
If
it was me, I would not only use Aloe
vera inner leaf gel to
give relief while going through a detox, I would also consume from 160 mg. to
320 mg. of BiAloe® to support my immune system.
Just do whatever you need to do so that you never give up
on becoming too healthy for that to ever happen again! It will be
worth it in the long run. I am witness to that!
The Good News.
The good
news is, not only will your body no longer sustain the herpes virus
when you become healthy,
the healthier you become, the less any sickness or disease will
have an opportunity to thrive in your body. The paradigm that defines this is:
"No disease or
sickness can survive in a perfectly healthy body!"
I pass this important piece of knowledge
along to you without any exceptions. "Perfect Health," by it's very definition, excludes
adversity caused by Cancer, Parkinson's, Diabetes, SARS, Bird flu, HIV, AIDS ---
every disease, known or
unknown! I believe this to be one of the most important, life-altering bits
of knowledge that we can possess. Be certain that you internalize
it! Being without sickness or disease doesn't cause good health,
good health prevents sickness and disease.
The Steps.
Don't let the length of the list below throw you ... It is only
long because of the level of detail it is presented in. You likely
already do most of it anyway. Use those parts as reminders, and add
the new.
- THINK ABOUT IT.
Think about what it will be like to be
perfectly healthy, then think
about that all the time. When you notice yourself backsliding, starting to
think thoughts that are other than perfect health, happiness, wealth and
wisdom, stop yourself by intentionally imagining what it would
be like to be perfectly healthy. Don't limit yourself by what you currently perceive
to be "real" or "possible." Use your imagination and go for the
full definition of "perfect." If you cannot imagine it, you will never be
able to real-ize it.
To upgrade your thinking about this, listen to
"The Strangest Secret" by Earl Nightingale, and watch "The
Secret video." Repeat as needed ...
- "INK" YOUR "THINK"
Write out a clear description of what perfect physical, mental and
environmental health would be for you. Carry it with you at all times so
that you can refer to it and use it to remind you how you should be
thinking.
As you grow in awareness, and your "vision" improves, continually
update and refine your definition. Putting it on paper, reading it every day
and re-writing it at least
once a week is an effective strategy for embedding the ideas into your
sub consciousness.
-
UPGRADE YOUR PROGRAMMING
You recognize that many of the ideas you had about life as a small child
won't work for you now, don't you? Like the Tooth Fairy, and the Sand Man.
Do you still put a lost tooth under your pillow at night?
Well, you are more "grown up" today than you were even yesterday. Let go of
yesterday's misconceptions and accept the new realities of today. Just make
certain that the new ones work better than the ones you are replacing.
For me, the only valid tests are those that are based upon results.
You must know about eating for the correct Alkaline-Acid balance; proper
Food Combining; adequate Nutrition and Mineralization; avoiding and
eliminating Toxins; Relaxation and/or Meditation techniques, finding an Exercise
form that you love to engage in.
Here are some excellent resources for beginning your studies:
-
Dr. Regan Golob's website
(contains a wealth of excellent articles - easy to
navigate - does not exist primarily to market his products, as some do.)
-

(Like "Perfect Health 101 and 102, but in
ezine*
installments.)
-
"Common Feeding
Boo-boos for Humans" An outstanding audio program by Dr. Regan
Golob and Nutritional Expert Judy Sinner (available on CD or cassette
tape) that gives you all the basics of proper eating, etc.
-
Dr. Joseph Mercola's website
(very complex and somewhat difficult to navigate, but
contains some excellent information.)
- MORE INK
While you study, keep good notes of the better ideas you learn. If you do
this on paper, have a dedicated snap-ring binder to keep them in. If you use a PDA or
laptop it all may be easier to index, edit and re-organize, but usually is less
available for those fleeting ideas you get while on the run. I recommend
double-spacing everything, then printing out a fresh copy to carry with you
all the time.
The training video for the Franklin Planner suggested to adopt the idea
that your planner is glued to your left hand. (Right, if you are a "lefty.") This way you always have a place to take
good notes to capture those great ideas.
When
the printed copy begins to get complicated, take the time to update your
files, then print a new copy for reference and note-taking.
Many newer cell phones include a voice notepad, making it a convenient way to
capture ideas when your eyes and hands are busy elsewhere, or, in the middle
of the night when you don't want to get up and put pen to paper. Just be
certain to take the time later to transcribe the audio memo into your hand-written or
printable copy.
You may want to include a section that contains importance reference materials such as
the Alkaline/Acid foods chart, the
proper
Food Combining Chart, etc.
In addition to being available for immediate reference when you need it,
this section makes excellent use of the time you may otherwise waste while
waiting for people or events.
- ACTION
The first page of your binder (possibly even the cover insert)
should be an action outline. Numbering your action steps to correspond to
subsequent sections containing expanded information about each action step
makes it easy and quick to refresh your memory about the action step.
Following is a list of ideas for effective action steps:
- Be Grateful.
Make the first intentional act of the day be to think of all the things
you are grateful for. When you fully understand the power of thoughts, this will
include everything, including those circumstances that most
people may judge to be "bad."
For a better understanding of this
powerful concept, read "The
Devil's Wedge" by Earl Nightingale.
- Review/Revise Your Plan.
(See "The
$25,000 Idea by Earl Nightingale.) (This is also one of the last
action steps of each day.)
Based upon what your current level of knowledge and understanding (which often automatically "upgrades"
during the night) write out the sequence of steps you intend to take
during this day to accomplish your objectives. Be certain to include how
you intend to eat, exercise and think to support your perfect health
goals.
Your chosen methods of exercise should be things that you LOVE to do.
This way you will never put them off, but will look forward to them with
great delight. My two favorites are playing golf and hiking on mountain
trails.
Since these are both good-weather activities, I need something
else for the cold, wet winter months. I am so motivated to be ready in
the spring for golf and hiking, I am easily motivated to walk on the
treadmill during inclement weather to stay in shape. If I ever feel
resistant to the treadmill, I just imagine that, instead, I am walking on my favorite
golf course, chasing my ball after an amazingly long, straight drive ...
On this subject, I enjoyed reading an excellent article titled "Learn
To Love Exercise" by
Jay Kimiecik.
- Take It From The Top.
Your action steps should be listed in order of importance, most
important first. Begin with the first, most important step, then
continue working that step until it is completed, or until you are
unable to continue. Then go on to step 2, and so on. This way you will
always be working on the most important item, and you can feel good
about what you are doing regardless of any short-term setbacks.
- Keep a Log.
What happened? What worked? What didn't work? What could have been
done differently? Answer the questions "what," "where," "when," "who,"
"why," "how" and "if" in you log entries.
It is particularly important
to log everything you eat, including any tiny little snacks. If you
will do your log entry, including what works and what doesn't before
you eat, there is less chance you will violate your better intentions. Make
notes about the acidity/alkalinity of each food, and what you eat it
with to keep you aware of the 80%
alkaline and
good food combination
rules.
An effective way to do this is to make notes on your daily "To Do" list. When you set
it up to print, be sure leave plenty of note-taking space around each item.
- Re-commit.
If you happen to experience a setback, carefully review your plan to be certain that
your objectives are still meaningful for you. If they are not, stop
whatever else you are doing and use that
time to adjust them until they are. If they still are meaningful, re-commit to their
accomplishment and begin to re-work your plan.
- Review/Revise/Rewrite Your Plan.
Make the last action step of each day be to review your plan.
Congratulate yourself for the steps that you have completed or made
significant advancement toward. Transfer the completed item to a
completed items list, adding the completion date and any notes that you
may wish to refer to in the future.
Revise your plan based upon what you learned through the day. Rewrite your plan onto a new sheet of paper. This not only "cleans it
up" for tomorrow, it also submits the tasks to your subconscious mind
for processing while you sleep.
- Take a Break!
There are times when following all the rules is far less important than
just
going with the flow. This is particularly true at times such as when you are
having Thanksgiving dinner with relatives. This is not the time to care
about what
you know, it is the time to know that you care. Accept their gifts of
acid-ash, improperly combined, potentially toxic food with a generous
helping of the love that comes with it. Many believe that love can transmute
toxins to an inert, even nurturing condition. If this doesn't happen to be
true for you, you'll have plenty of
time to recover before Christmas ...
Remember that unusually high stress
seems to be one of the triggers for an outbreak. Relax. Forgive. Tolerate.
Being "right" is a primary form of self-sabotage. Being healthy is a much
better choice.
To summarize,, I have learned that
herpes outbreaks will not occur in a body that is properly balanced,
non-toxic and stress-free. Whether or not you trust me on this,
going the route of natural perfect health can do you no harm, and
will certainly benefit everything about you.
Everything that you need to learn about
perfect health is available to you online, and most of of it is free. All it will cost you is a few of your outdated
beliefs and some study time. The value you will get from learning
and practicing what you learn is beyond measure. So, why not just do it?
Imagine the joy of going the rest of your life without
ever having another
herpes outbreak!
Imagine the joy of going the rest of your life feeling
great, vibrant, and energetic every minute of every day,
starting the minute you awaken!
If you are imagining what seems to be a valid reason to
not start right now, just change your mind ...
