The first and most
important thing you must do is starve the little monsters out by
removing their food supply. They thrive on carbohydrates and animal
products. This means:
Please note that
the "no grains" rule completely
eliminates all bread, breading, cakes, pastries, pastas, noodles,
gravies, etc. from your diet. I find it amazing that people can read
the above list, but blank out the connection to these, their favorite "destructo-foods."
Your diet would
consist primarily of vegetables. FRESH fruits are okay, but
should be a distant second to vegetables until the Candida has subsided.
If your digestion is
excellent, eat primarily raw vegetables.
If your digestion is
good, eat both cooked (steamed, boiled, baked) and raw vegetables. (Do
not cook with or add anything on the "no" list above.)
If your digestion is
poor, eat all cooked vegetables with some raw chopped parsley added for
life. Drink 7 oz. of clean water with one oz. of
Dynamite Elixir or a concoction
of organic apple cider vinegar with wide spectrum trace and
micro-trace minerals every morning and evening.
Green vegetables are
always best (the greener the better) followed by red and orange. Brown
rice is okay. Avoid white vegetables for now.
NOW, PLEASE
NOTE THAT I AM NOT RECOMMENDING THAT ANYONE ELSE DO THE FOLLOWING!
Taking this one step further, it is highly likely that the FDA
would recommend against doing it.
It is simply what I have chosen to do, and it is what several friends have done,
including doctors. It is a matter of ordinary treatment in some other
countries, but the U.S. FDA has not approved it for internal use in the United States ... If
you decide to try it, you will be doing so completely of your own
volition. This means that you consciously do your own research for any
possible adverse effects before you decide, then make your own mind up
based on what you learn.
That being said,
what I have done is to orally consume a very high grade* of Tea Tree Oil (oil
of the melaleuca alternifolia tree). I cannot imagine anyone just drinking it,
and I would strongly recommend against even trying it. What I have done
is to fill the long section of an empty 000 capsule (available at
your health food store), put the cap on it, then gulp it down with
as small a sip of water as I can get it down with. I then go off and
wait for the "explosion" that occurs when the capsule dissolves
in my stomach. It is
an experience that is difficult to define, and what people feel is
dependent upon how heavily laden they are with Candida. What I felt was
a small shock wave throughout my body when the capsule dissolved,
followed by a short "buzz". I am told that the buzz comes from the
Candida dieing and releasing their influence from our collective
consciousness. (Research indicates that parasites become part of our
consciousness, and participate in some of the decisions that we make,
particularly food choices.) That seems to be born out by the fact
that the buzz is less the second day, and hardly noticeable on the third
day.
The suggestion that I received before I
decided to try this was to take one of these each day for three
consecutive days, and to do it first thing in the morning before
eating or drinking anything else. What I noticed was that I
recovered quickly from the shock of the tea tree oil, and the
Candida was
not detectable after the three days.
AGAIN, I AM
ONLY SHARING WITH YOU WHAT I HAVE DONE. I AM NOT RECOMMENDING ANY COURSE
OF ACTION FOR YOU EXCEPT IMPROVING YOUR DIET! What I have
"organically" done
for eliminating the other little uninvited inhabitants that ran rampant
throughout my body (and what I still do from time to time as periodic
maintenance) is to take a particular canine herbal tonic every day for 30 days
beginning on a full moon and ending on a full moon. I learned to do
this for only one month out of every three, even if there are still some
critters running around in there. During the time I take the herbal tonic I do not take any other supplements, as the
herbal tonic is a very
powerful nutritional supplement unto itself.
Since it
is not sold as or recommended as a supplement for humans, I follow the dosage
recommendations for
dogs, . That is 1/2 teaspoon per each 30 pounds. For me (6'-3" and
200#) that translates to about 1 slightly heaping tablespoon. By the
way, this product is ONLY sold for dogs, horses and other animals.
Part
of the basis of my decision to consume the herbal tonic is that I would NEVER give my dogs anything
that I wouldn't take myself. This is why my dogs have never
experienced commercial wormers, flea treatments,
etc. There are many things that I will consume that I would not give to
my dogs, but never the other way around. ...
(As a side
note, I have never noticed any adverse side effects from consuming this
dog product. Oh, sure--whenever I eat a steak I notice a compulsion to
go out and bury the bone in the yard, but, other than that, nothing.)
Another thing that I
do regularly is to mix 1 heaping teaspoon of Redmond clay in 8 oz. of
clean water (Reverse Osmosis filtered or distilled) and drink it every day until I believe
that my toxin level has been greatly reduced (about 30 days), then go to
once a week just to keep myself detoxified. There are many, many
references on the web to internal uses for Redmond (a.k.a. Bentonite or
Montmorillionite) clay. It seems to have amazing properties that
enable it to pull toxins and acids from our bodies. For me, a good time to begin
this is after completing an "herbal tonic" month.
(*The "very high grade" is T45-C3, obtainable from a very few
sources.)
